Residential Villa

The design intent for this project is to create a residential villa of tranquility for a young entrepreneur and the busy individuals of Perth who want to visit a place to relax and engage with the space and themselves.

 

Minimal forms, textures / materials and spatial orientation within the space will stimulate occupant’s minds, bodies, and awareness’, allowing themselves to fully engage, explore, and better understand their relationships with themselves and the beauty of each space.

 

In addition, the use of the new orientation and placement of new openings allows each occupant within the spaces to feel a visual connection to the adjacent areas of the site and its minimal exterior beauty. The open plan orientation further allows the occupants within to feel a physical connection to each space embracing their surroundings and relationships.
